I Love Google Analytics!

Fred told me about Google Analytics a couple of months ago. It's something you can add to a web page to track the people who come to your web site. It's awesome!

However, when I blogged about Ik*a and Fred's new desk something strange happened. I got 88 hits in one day from people all over the world! I usually get between 10-25 hits a day (the same people checking in and a few lurkers). I was taken aback by the number of hits from 30 countries around the world!

I could not figure out HOW I could get so many hits until I looked at what I changed on my blog. On the same day I blogged about Veganaise and IK*A.

It had to be Ik*A! So you will see that I edited my blog so that it could not get through in the search engines. Last night instead of 80 hits I only received 1 from Singapore.

We shall see.
