Taking A Pregnancy Test.....

China has given us permission to adopt another daughter. We will probably hold the same Log In Date we had orginally June 15, 2006.

What does this mean?

Well Fred and I are "Holding" until Thursday morning to make the final decision.

We have to spend a chunk of money now but it will be three years (roughly, based on China's current rate of referral) before we hear of Emersyn. So while it's going to put a financial pinch for the next year it will be easier soon afterwards.

I have consulted my close friend Sherri who supports our decision. I have to call my "reader" Judith whom I absolutely believe will help us make the best decision.

Me, I am aboslutely out of my mind excited. It just fills me with such happiness and joy! It's like being pregnant. Paper pregnant. Gestation time: 36 months. I would be an elephant!

We asked Ellie if she would like another sister. She said, "Yes, most definitely." At the end of that discussion she said, "We are the best family." So she is excited too. It's fun for her. She is probably going to travel to China with us (assuming the seizures end and she stays in good health) and she wants to help give Emersyn her middle name. There is just one requirement: the middle name must have some relationship to the sky, astronomy or aviation. And the Zanegood's just get weirder and weirder!
