One thing Fred has told me is that I see things in Black and White. I never really understood what that meant. I just knew things as "right or wrong" or "yes or no." There is a grey area so I am told.
The company I work for really has taught me a lot. In the company we live in the gray. As a former administrator with the organization I have learned to redirect my vision to look more to the gray. It's not easy. I have to stop my train of thought and look at things differently.
I honestly would look at a situation and snap to a judgment.
I now look at personal, environmental, logistical, technological and other issues before making any decisions or judgments.
