Ellie Home Almost 4 Years!

On March 11, 2004 Rossy and I boarded a plane to China (Well several planes). On March 17 (I don't know how lasted 6 days in China without Ellie) we celebrate Ellie's "Gotcha Day." It is the day Ellie was given to us in China.

This will be our 4th Gotcha Day. 4 years of having Ellie in our lives. She fills our lives up with her radiance and enthusiasm. Never will you find more loving or polite child.

I have a strong connection to Ellie, whom I nick named Bella (Beautful), and when I am away from her I am empty. When she is around me everything is in balance. Fred doesn't have that effect on me,but Ellie does. Traveling to Dallas was difficult and when I finally arrived home it was her hugs I craved. She keeps me centered.

For her Gotcha Day each year we celebrate with a special meal (her choice) and a few little toys. This year so far I have Tinkerbelle Flip Flops and a Hannah Montana toothbrush. We are so close to her birthday I do not want to overload her.
