Ellie's MRI is Monday

On Monday, March 29 (12:30pm) Ellie is scheduled to have another MRI. This is her 3rd since 2006. She complains of headaches and this concerns Dr. Dahan. While there is no pressure when Dr. Dahan looks into Ellie's eyes she wants to err on the side of caution. I have stopped putting her hair in pony tails because of the headache complaints. Her hair is so thick and heavy it tends to require 2 pony tail holders and a very tight hold. We now go with a long braid or two. We also had her eye's checked for her glasses prescription just to make sure.

This MRI is a little different in that 1) There is no contrast required so NO IV! Whoop! 2) Since she is now over 6 she can take a Valium instead of complete anesthesia. It' a good thing.

Ellie is aware that the MRI is Monday. She is more excited for the fact that she can pick ANY RESTAURANT to have dinner at Monday night as a reward for being such a trooper with the procedure. This is just Ellie. Loves going out to dinner.
