Ellie will officially start The Suzuki Institute of Central Florida on June 14. That means we have roughly 3 weeks to polish and practice her suzuki skills.
A good suzuki student will know how to play the Twinkle Variation. Ellie knows this by heart but she does need to polish it up quite a bit.
The first video is of Ellie practicing (wearing a lovely dress) the variation. The second video is a teacher showing students (on YouTube) what the variation should sound like.
NOTE: Please remember Ellie is playing on a 1/8 violin. The strings are metal and do not sound like a true violin should. As she grows her full sized violin will sound better and more violinlike. It's not her fault (well, not completely her fault) that the violin sounds as "odd" as this one does.
