Not that I am vacillating. It's just that I am vacillating. :)
Fred has his heart set on China. More for the reason of giving Sagan time. If we adopted from Ethiopia it will be very quick, about 15 months. That puts Sagan at just over three. She needs more time. Ellie would be happy with Emersyn tomorrow but Sagan needs time to establish herself.
Update: When Fred was getting ready this morning he said to me...Is it China or Ethiopia. I told him I thought he was arguing against Ethiopia. He said that he wasn't. OY Vey!
I have sent out several emails requesting homestudy fees from multiple agencies. There is a problem that many are not Hague Compliant for China. Lots of new rules since we applied for baby #2.
So I would like to thank my cousin, Denise, for helping me! The agency she worked with to complete her homestudy for her daughter Gigi seems to fit the bill. Incredibly reasonable and they liked them quit a lot. Thank you Denise. Thank you!
So China is on! We are collecting our documents as we speak and have made it 1/2 way through our list. We have letters of reference on their way from friends. Documents come in the mail most every day. It's a well oiled machine!
I am breathing easier today after this three day weekend of uncertainty.
